Mom & Great Grandma enjoyed dinner together. Aunt Lis & Uncle Ry & Marley.

Uncle Kelly turned 40 when we were home. Jodi had a party  for him with the family at La Caretta. It was delicious! Everyone but Tristan was there (he had All Stars practice). All the kids sat at one end & the grown ups at the other. It worked out quite nicely.

Ames opened a water park a few years ago & we kept threatening to go. This year we finally made it & it was totally worth it. We had a blast! We don’t know anyone in these pictures, but wanted to mark the occasion.

This is where Marley was while the cousins were piling up. She was at the top of the slide & had no intentions of piling on.

This seemed like a really good idea, getting all of the cousins lined up by age on the slide. It started off really well & then quickly went bad. Kids were crying, complaining that it hurt, hot, they wanted to be next to this one or that one & Marley wasn’t having any of it. 

Aunt Natalie, Pearson, Hendrix & Marley came out to the park, too. Of course we had to attempt a photo.

This was back where the creek met the trail. 

I decided I wanted to go with Tristan, Clara & Carlee through the creek on the way back. Tristan kept an eye on me.

Clara & Tristan walked along the creek which met back up with the trail a ways down. We found this spiderweb (which the camera did not do justice). It was pretty impressive.
