As we were leaving my game, we saw a cicada. We watched it crawl across the playground & then up into the garden bed. We looked inside the bed & there was a huge spider that had trapped this wasp. We watched it for awhile as it circled the wasp & appeared to be biting it. I decided it would be a good idea to save the wasp. I found a piece of mulch & wrecked the spider’s web. I then proceeded to grab the wasp & free it of the web & carry it around. Once I realized that a wasp may sting me, I decided to get it off my finger, which was not an easy task.
