It did rain a bit that afternoon, but otherwise, we had amazing weather. The first night, we had yummy beef brisket with peppers & spices. It was delicious. We poured it over rice & had beans on the side. Once all the dishes were cleaned, we made s’mores. We all ran around between our three campsites & had fun playing hide & seek, freeze tag, goblins, etc. Once it got dark, we had to sit around the campfire. We all told stories for entertainment. I, Caden, had a few good ones to tell. It rained most of the first night, but we were tucked away in our tent. It did get a little chilly, but we had an extra blanket which was a life saver.
