Our first animal was the Arctic Fox. It started to rain as soon as we got to them. Fortunately, we found a little overhang nearby so we could do our observations from a distance. We then headed to the Alligator Snapping Turtle, which was inside. We then had lunch & headed to our final animal, the Double-Wattled Cassowary. We learned what a wattle is & where it got it’s name. We think this bird is pretty cool!
