We got some snow, 27.5″ actually.  

On our last weekend in the mountains for ski season, it was just the four of us. We made a dinner reservation and enjoyed a yummy dinner out and a couple of beautiful days of skiing.   

Mom and I headed up to the mountains on a school day. We just wanted a nice day where there weren’t as many people on the mountain. It was perfect! I also got new ski poles. I was skiing hunched over because my poles were way too short! I love skiing and I want to…

These two come to the mountains with us sometimes and sometimes we leave them home. They are always excited to have us back home and Hurley hates the drive to the mountains and usually throws up. We have to give her dramomine and sometimes that works, sometimes it doesn’t, unfortunately.  

Every night after skiing we sit in the hot tub and drink cold soda. It’s the best! On our way home we saw these mountain goats. It was pretty awesome!  

Another fun day of skiing.   

Aidan and I went sledding at Central Park and ran in to Jesse there. We also met some other kids and tried to make a big train to see how many people we could get to go down together. It was super fun!  

This was one of the tricks we worked on. It all looks different from up above.  

Another fun day of mountain biking. We went to a park by the Cherry Creek Res and practiced some skills. We were very proud of ourselves. We did some things that we were nervous to do, but went for it!
