We are heading back to the car for some quiet time, which I clearly need. First we are stopping at In-N Out Burger for lunch. We are meeting Micah & Meredith for dinner tonight at Gjelena & it was delicious! We particularly liked the meatballs & fries.

We enjoyed some of the vendors at Venice Beach, especially this guy who was building a sand octopus.

I’m hanging at the bottom of the slide. Wyatt & I met a friend at the playground & had a blast playing all sorts of different games.

We’re all just doing our own thing, enjoying the sand.

I’m digging a hole for Caden to climb into.

We are burying our feet in the sand.

Day 2: We went to Venice Beach & walked around. We played at the playground & made some friends, watched the surfers, watched the skaters & checked out the vendors. We also had the BEST cantaloupe we have ever had. It was delicious!!!

And I’m running… again!
