Riley came & spent the day with us last Friday. We had a blast & a day full of fun! First stop: Botanic Gardens. We love the children’s garden. There is so much fun stuff for us to do there & we did it ALL!

We are having a ton of fun playing with play-dough. I, Wyatt, made a man. Caden is using his tummy to flatten out his play-dough, so he can cut it into a shape.

We had fun chasing butterflies. I caught a couple in my net & was so proud. We also stayed up really late one night to catch fireflies. We went for a couple hikes looking for clues that animals had left behind, ie prints in the mud, trees that had fallen over. We played in the…

We had to ride the ponies one more time before heading to the car.

We also fed these cows & goats, but we’re all out of food (& quarters) & they clearly want more!

We’re playing in a corn box & we did not want to get out.

Of course I had to ride the pony.

We are digging for strawberries. They were a little picked over & we had to search hard for some yummy red ones.

We’re on the hay wagon heading to pick some strawberries.

We had fun posing for pictures while we waited for the wagon to come around.
