We did long jump, obstacle course, swatting flies, spraying a golf ball, sack race, balancing a golf ball on a spoon. 

We had field day on Friday last week & it was awesome! It was for 3 hours in the morning. We had several stations that we visited. 

We went to the Denver Art Museum last week for a field trip with all of the first grade classes & it was really cool. This was our group. Mom was our guide. We did a self-guided tour for the first hour & then we had a guide take us around for another hour.

After our scavenger hunt, we went back to the house & had delicious tacos!! We watched Monsters, Inc. & played. We were pretty goofy (& tired by the end of the night!).

The final station was trying to find the treasure inside this mountain dew can. It had diamonds inside it. Turns out we had to screw the top off, but we wanted to open it like a can. Abby & Elias figured it out.

Our first station, we had to use a leaf under paper & color to get the imprint. The second station, we had  to find bugs. The third station was mini volcanoes, which was super fun.
