This limb was too perfect to pass up. The next morning, we woke up to delicious breakfast burritos with eggs, bacon, cheese & salsa, & yummy coffee, all at our campsite.

I tried fishing, but it didn’t last long. Instead, I preferred to do this… Jesse & I had so much fun playing in the water. We were soon throwing rocks & sticks. We’re sure that had nothing to do with not catching any fish.

Jesse & I found a great log to sit on while we waited for our bobber to go under (which never happened).

Dad taught me how to cast & I got the hang of it pretty quickly. I was very proud of myself. I really just liked casting & reeling it back in. Repeat, over & over. It was awesome. When asked what my favorite part of the trip was, I definitely think fishing!
