We scrimmaged some of our friends from school who are on another team for the Rapids. We played Hayden, Rowan, & Jonathan. We decided to mix up the teams, though, so I was on a team with Tate & Jonny & some of my teammates.

 I was star student last week. On Monday, I brought in a poster that was all about me. On Tuesday, I talked about a place I have visited that was special to me. I talked about San Antonio and told my friends about the war at the Alamo. On Wednesday, I could bring in two…

And we had to have one more stop at the Alamo before heading to dinner. We had such an amazing trip! Thank you Papa & Grandma NJ for everything!

We learned about making electricity with water. We took a taxi back to the hotel & went swimming. We then walked around the RiverWalk for awhile before settling on the Rainforest Cafe for dinner. 

There was this fun floor game that we played dodgeball on. The red light would move around the mat & we had to run from it. If we got it, it stopped & said “You’re Out!”. It kept going until no one was left. There was also a neat tree house that we played in.

After the zoo, we walked through Brackenridge Park to get to the Witte Museum. We were all hungry, so we walked up the street a couple blocks & found a delicious Trattoria tucked away. I rode this bike across the high wire & was quite proud of myself.

That night we decided to walk down the RiverWalk & look for dinner. We decided on a Mexican place called Rio Casa. Papa & Grandma flew home Tuesday morning after breakfast & we took a taxi to the zoo. It was a beautiful day & was supposed to rain at any minute, but didn’t! We…

We played on the playground for a bit & then went to see the last bit of the Sea Lion show. We also bought more fish to feed the Sea Lions & Seals because we had to do it quickly that morning & only got to feed them two fish.
