We had a yummy lunch at Phil & Liz’s house after rafting & then headed to the rec center. There is an awesome two-story slide, rock wall that falls into the water, lazy river & a low diving board (which was great for me (Caden) to learn to dive from.

We stopped at a ghost mine, which was pretty cool. There were these old, rundown cabins, that we had fun checking out.

We went rafting with Phil, Maddie & Henry. Liz is recovering from surgery & unable to join us. It was rainy & 66 degrees, but we still had fun.

We went to Vail for the weekend. 

Mom enjoyed taking pictures of the flowers & lily pads. We also saw this turtle on a lily pad, which we thought was pretty awesome.

We went to the Botanic Gardens.

We made the most of the last week of summer. We went to the pool several times. 

That night, the dancers came over to watch Princess Bride on the side of the house. Lauren spent the night & we did our own thing, but we did come outside to see what it was all about.

We had a Little Jewish Explorers party after the triathlon. We were trying to make our sprite explode, but it didn’t work.

Jackson & I found each other before the triathlon. Caden & I both did really well. The top two pictures are us post-tri.
