Well, it’s soccer season! This means lots of soccer pictures, but it’s our life. We are both playing really well this season. The next six weeks (until school is out) is going to be a whirlwind. I’m hanging with my friends before we begin our performance. …Watching my classmates perform & waiting for my turn to go onstage.  I laugh & clap as part of my role. This is me performing onstage. We had judges & everything! …Also part of my role. We gather & talk.

We are at the Shakespeare Festival!! This is the biggest kids Shakespeare Festival in the U.S. It was very cool. There were small stages set up all over Denver Center for Performing Arts downtown. It started with a parade which we walked in. I’m in the green costume next to the black car. 

I had my 1st Grade concert last week & clearly, I enjoyed it. I knew where Mom & Dad would be sitting because Mom came to our dress rehearsal at school & she said she’d be sitting in the same place. I found them as soon as I came out & made a cheesy grin.…

We are doing Shakespeare’s Twelth Night for the Shakespeare Festival downtown. This was our dress rehearsal for several of the classes.

We went to see Mythic Creatures at the Museum of Nature & Science. It was super crowded & we only got a taste for what is there. We want to go back on a weekday after school. First, we have to find a night that we have free!

Mom thought the turtle hanging with the crocodile was pretty cool. I decided to take my shirt off to walk around. It was pretty hot. We had a wonderful trip to Florida. Thank you Papa & Grandma for everything! We will definitely remember that trip.
