• We took a little break. It was hot & we ran around a bunch.

  • The game took a couple turns. Clearly this is not how one plays soccer, but it was fun!

  • We enjoyed a family soccer game on Aunt Lissa’s side yard.

  • Zeek & Alishea were helping with Grayson who was having a blast going down the slide.

  • Zeek Tristan Papa, all sporting their Iowa State gear.

  • I enjoyed playing catch with Aunt Jo-Jo, who threatened bad things to Mom if she posted a picture of her. I enjoyed a huge piece of cake & ice cream. The cake was made by Jody’s sister, Jen. And once again, there’s this little guy playing soccer.

  • Apparently, this is how birthdays go in Iowa. We aren’t home for them very often, but they are a ton of fun & everyone comes!

  • This was Mom & my ride while we were in Iowa. Unfortunately, when we fly we don’t get to bring our bikes & we don’t have a car. This worked just fine, though!

  • Pearson & I were waiting for Marley’s birthday party to begin, so we busied ourselves out on the bridge. We were looking for frogs, but found snails instead!

  • We moved our soccer game to the front of the house & mostly just passed the ball around.
