Trouble The four older out in the water as far as they could go while still touching. More frogs  

The adults were smart sitting in the shade. Mom and I flew a kite. It got a little windy in the afternoon and the water was a bit choppy, which made the SUPs a little harder.   

Jake and I were digging a hole for a second (kid’s) fire pit. I hung out with these two pretty much the entire weekend. We had a lot of fun together. McKenna loving on Hurley.  

This was our compound. We had 4 RVs, some tents, kayaks and SUPs.  

They got lots of snuggles when they got back to shore.   

Saturday was gorgeous! We ventured out in kayaks and SUPs. Diesel was in the kayak with Mom and Hurley on the SUP. They switched off occasionally. Hurley enjoyed being on the water a bit more than Diesel. The girls had fun taking them out.   

There were tons of frogs on the beach. They were everywhere at night. It was crazy. We had fun catching them (poor things).   

We had a fire every night and slept in RVs on the beach. The company we rent from sets up the RVs before we arrive. The water was so low this year we had to drive on the beach for a long time and we were worried we were going to get stuck.   

Diesel slept on my lap on the ride to Lake Mac. We went to Lake McConaughy in Nebraska for Labor Day weekend with three other families. It was a really fun, relaxing weekend.  

These girls love snacking on carrots and cucumbers.
