  • Ice Cream and Candy near Lincoln Center before heading in to the performance. We had 4th row tickets! Waiting for the show to begin.

  • Meanwhile, Mom and Dad were taking a chance on this elevator. Friday night they walked around Rome and visited Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon and had an amazing meal. On Saturday morning, they visited the Sistine Chapel and the Colosseum. 

  • Mom and Dad dropped us off in NJ before heading to Italy. We had a great time with Papa and Grandma. We took the train in to the city on Friday, had dinner and went to see Alvin Ailey perform at City Center.

  • We also visited the Old Slave Mart museum, which was really hard to see and read about. We then ate lunch at a cool restaurant that was recommended by the guide from the dungeon tour and then went on a Hidden Alleys & Passageways walking tour. That tour was really cool and we learned a…

  • We then walked over to the Old Exchange and Provost Dungeon. We happened to walk in just in time for a tour of the Dungeon, which was really cool. 

  • We saw the Powder Magazine museum on our carriage ride and I wanted to go there. I enjoyed checking out the guns.

  • We were thirsty and stopped in to this coffee shop. They hire special needs people to work there and we thought that was awesome! We walked in and this guy who was working behind the counter thought I was pretty cool. He asked if he could have a hug and get a picture taken with…

  • That night we struggled to find food, but eventually came across a BBQ restaurant that turned out to be decent. The next morning we had scheduled a historical Savannah horse drawn carriage ride.
