I’m dancing! We drove to Iowa, stopped at our favorite restaurant in Kearney and drove the rest of the way there. The next day we ventured out back to see if there were any frogs.

Mom took me to City Floral where I picked out all these plants and the pot. I made this little fairy garden, which is still surviving (although it took a hit from the heat of the bathtub fixed… details to follow).

Mom and I ventured out for a hike at Jockey Hollow. We went looking for frogs, but only found this one. We saw lots of tadpoles though. We may have been too early. Overall, we had an amazing trip to NJ. Thank you so much for taking care of us Papa and Grandma!! 

We waited up until Mom and Dad got home from the airport on Saturday night, which was around midnight. On Sunday, we celebrated Dad’s birthday and I enjoyed playing with the hats.

Papa is enjoying a siesta while Grandma got soaked on bumper boats.

We had fun playing in the water. We did’t do any water sports, but this lake got pretty deep, pretty quickly. 

I enjoyed riding this pony. 

We played bingo and Grandpa won!
