Enjoying the water Remy

This tree is right at the entrance of the resort and it is gorgeous! 

We stayed at Buenaventura Resort and here are some pictures from the property. Someone went down each morning to reserve some couches and chairs along the pool and we sat poolside for most of the days.

After the natural pool, we went to a “hot springs”, which was at best more like a warm springs. It was still pretty cool. The first thing you do when you get there is put on a mask. We picked charcoal. Once it is dry, you wash it off. We had trouble getting it off…

Micah, Dad and me We got in the natural pool. It was COLD! It took some of us a little while and some of us just jumped right in. It was really cool!

We then went to see a beautiful waterfall, which somewhere there is a picture of the four of us, but Mom has yet to track it down. We had to walk across several bridges like this to get to the waterfall and then again to get to a natural pool.

The zoo had a lot of beautiful birds and several Toucans.
