We went rafting on the Savegre River. It was a long drive on a single car wide gravel road for most of it. We passed really interesting houses and villages. Our guide was really great and is on the Costa Rican national rafting team. Wyatt opted not to come with us and instead stayed behind…

We loved this guy!  

Another fabulous morning at the hotel. The macaws were very active this morning.   

We enjoyed a delicious dinner after playing in the water and then watched the sunset. While we were waiting for the sun to set we saw dolphins everywhere swimming around us and jumping out of the water. It was amazing!   

I just jumped off the same way each time.   

We went out on a catamaran. We stopped to snorkel but the water wasn’t very clear. Instead we stopped and went down the slide off the back of the boat and jumped from the second story. I (Wyatt) went first. I kept going and going and then I decided to do a front flip. I…

Mom and I (Caden) went back to Manuel Antonio NP in hopes of finding monkeys at the beach, but we had no luck. We did however see these pretty crabs and turtle which we thought were pretty cool.   

We saw some cool birds, an anteater, and bats.   

We went kayaking in the mangroves at Isla Damas. It was very hot and there were little black bugs that fly around, sometimes in to the nose and ears, which is why we wore the net, which made it hotter. It was still pretty neat to see.
