We made sand castles & built a moat. Caden had fun swimming in the lake, which made Grandma stress, especially when he went under water. It turned out to be a pretty nice day!

We sang four songs by ourselves & we each had our own special talent. Caden & I played piano, Carlee sang, Clara played piano, Hendrix, Marley & Isaac played piano, Pearson sang, Zeek played violin, Tristan didn’t join us, & Grayson & Ryan are in the audience. It was pretty special. 

We had a “gig” at the nursing home & needed to practice. We all got together & learned some songs & then practiced our individual songs.                                       One practice wasn’t quite enough plus we needed to practice…

We had never been here before & decided we need to go back the next time we come to Iowa. We can rent SUP & kayaks on the weekend & we think it would be a blast.

We went to Ames to have lunch with Auntie Carol. We ate at a cute little cafe in sommerset. We had a little time after lunch & decided to go to the quarry & walk around.

At times we fought over who would be goalie & other times we worked out a system so everyone got a turn. 

I LOVE the little guys & spent most of my time chasing little Ryan around. Aunt Natalie, Ryan & Pearson showed up on Monday.

I’m taking a little break from selling lemonade. 

A friend of Aunt Annie’s has a house on a busy corner, so we set our stand up there. We made $28! 

We decided to have a lemonade stand. We went to the store to get all the goods, baked cookies, & made a poster.
