Tim Howard Jermaine Jones As a season ticket holder for the Rapids, we were invited to a private party where all the players were there signing autographs. Tim Howard is the goalie & Jermaine Jones plays striker. They’re awesome!

Once we got home, we jumped in the hot tub while the parents made dinner. We also played a little basketball & built a fort outside out of sticks & leaves. We enjoyed Cincinnati chili over spaghetti & salad. It was delicious! And we were very hungry. It was a super fun weekend! We are…

It was also very cold at the top. Fortunately we brought long-sleeve shirts & raincoats. We found a little tree to tuck in behind in hopes of blocking the wind. We didn’t stay at the top for very long. We were ready to get warm again.

We took lunch/snacks on the trail with us to eat at the top. We had cheese, salami & crackers, grapes, trail mix & beef jerky. We were hungry! Dad enjoyed a little rest on the edge of the lake.

There was a beautiful lake at the top nestled in at the bottom of sheer rock. It was well worth the effort.

After a lot of climbing, we reached the top!
