Papa & Grandma Iowa came out for a longer weekend than normal. We played Jenga a few times, which was hilarious! Marty, Vicki, Riley, Great Gram & Ry’s boyfriend came to play, too. We had them over for Pork Green Chili. It was Mom’s first attempt at it & it was pretty delicious!

Josh made puppy chow for us, which was a special treat to have at the top. We found these rocks & took a little break before heading back down. We had fun running around & playing baseball with a stick & pinecones. 

This is Mom’s favorite time of year. It’s the perfect season for hiking: usually dry & the weather is outstanding! We hiked Horseshoe Trail, which is a 4 mile hike in Golden Gate Canyon State Park. The trees were beautiful!
