We decided to go on a little Colorado road trip. We started in Estes Park and planned to stay there just one night. We wanted to be able to drive through Rocky Mountain NP the next day to get to our next destination. It turns out, the road got 10″ of snow the Monday before we arrived and it was closed. We went in to the park and walked around a couple lakes. We saw this awesome elk along the way and the adorable geese and their family.
